Creating your asbestos survey for a new client is easy using our Asbestos Management Software;
simply follow these easy to use steps:

Step 1

Create Asbestos client data within our new software

Client basic account information is added.

Step 2

Create the client site

Software

Basic details about the site are entered here that populate certain fields throughout the survey. The front elevation of the building is added from this screen.

Step 3

Add Property Structure

Software

The property structure is now added.  This starts with the building which is then divided into floors. Each floor is then split into rooms.  You only have to do this once for the whole survey.

Step 4

Add Survey Details

Software

Having completed the client Asbestos Data  the survey details are now added including the surveyor, dates etc.  Free format text boxes are available for input of Site Restrictions, Executive Summary etc.

Step 5

Add Sample Details

Software

This is where the software excels.  Now you have created the structure of the survey all you have to do is enter details of the samples taken via drop down boxes.  There is also the ability to use free format text in the surveyor’s comments section.

Step 6

Review Data Sheets

Software

Having completed these steps the data sheets are produced automatically by the Asbestos Software from the information you have put into the previous sections.

Following the uploading of any drawings and analysis of certificates the full survey can then be generated.
