Asbestos Management Software – Property Owners/Business

The following is a very brief synopsis of how our Asbestos Management Software can work for you or your organisation.

Step 1

An asbestos surveyor will call on your site(s) with your existing asbestos survey. Please note - if you already have one you do not need a new survey.

Step 2

All of the found asbestos will be inspected for condition and reported on accordingly.

Step 3

Any remedial works will be noted and reported.

Step 4

Any items found and not in your survey will be added to the register.

Step 5

Photos of the asbestos will be taken for inclusion in the asbestos register.

Step 6

Your existing asbestos register will be uploaded to the master asbestos management software and you will be provided with a unique username and password in order to peruse your site(s).

Step 7

Each time our surveyor makes an inspection visit to your site the asbestos management plan will be updated.

Step 8

You will have a complete record of all the management of your asbestos in real time.

Step 9

Any works undertaken will be recorded in the asbestos management software and any documentation will be scanned in and kept with your relevant asbestos data sheet. This can be Consignment Notes, Air Tests, Method Statements, Risk Assessments or any document you require.
